国有大中型企业办医院是计划经济的产物。企业医院是全社会卫生资源的重要组成部分。分离企业医院实质上是管理体制、运行机制适应市场经济变化的过程,是医疗资源的调整、重组与优化的过程。企业是分离的主体,应尊重企业选择。文章提出从企业意愿出发可以采取的分离形式。 State-owned large and medium-sized enterprises run hospitals as a product of planned economy. Corporate hospitals are an important part of the entire community’s health resources. Separation of corporate hospitals is essentially a process in which management systems and operational mechanisms adapt to changes in the market economy, and is a process of adjustment, reorganization, and optimization of medical resources. The enterprise is the main body of separation and should respect enterprise choice. The article proposes a separation form that can be taken from the company’s wishes.
