在体外培养中,我们发现角膜内皮细胞以组织块培养时,有膜状生长特点。培养的细胞为多边形。形成单层的人角膜内皮细胞可见无丝分裂现象。扫描电镜观察到,培养的内皮细胞表面微绒毛较活体内皮增多。透射电镜显示,内皮细胞问出现大量桥粒;胞质内大量聚集成束,呈卷毛样的纤维状结构,网状分布于核周;细胞器丰富。我们还对角膜内皮的再生能力及培养内皮细胞的某些生物学特性进行了讨论,提出人角膜内皮细胞在一定条件下可以分裂增生,但增生方式尚需进一步研究。
In vitro culture, we found that corneal endothelial cells in tissue culture, the characteristics of membranous growth. The cultured cells are polygons. A single layer of human corneal endothelial cells showed amitosis. Scanning electron microscopy showed that endothelial cells cultured on the surface of microvilli than the endothelium increased. Transmission electron microscopy showed endothelial cells ask a large number of desmosomes; cytoplasm gathered in bundles, curly-like fibrous structure, reticular distribution in the perinuclear weeks; rich organelles. We also discussed the regenerative ability of corneal endothelium and some biological characteristics of cultured endothelial cells. It suggested that human corneal endothelial cells can divide and proliferate under certain conditions, but the way of proliferation needs further study.
