创新干部教育培训方式的调查与建议——以中共天津市河东区委党校为例

经济社会快速发展,对于干部队伍的创新能力和执行能力提出了新的更高的要求,也对党校推进干部教育培训改革提出了新的任务。近年来,中共天津市河东区委党校(以下简称河东区委党校)作为河东区干部培训的主阵地,坚持以服务经济社会发展为目标,以改革创新为动力,结合参训学员实际,积极推进教育模式由偏重知识传授向注重能力培养的转变,使能力培养贯穿于干部教育培训各个环节,基本做到了教学相长、学学相长。但是,面对新形势新任务新要求,党校如何进一步创新干部 The rapid economic and social development has put new and higher requirements on the innovation capability and executive ability of the cadres and also sets new tasks for the party school to promote the reform of cadre education and training.
