近年来我国通过柔和的领导方式来处理越来越多的突发事件。传统的听从命令的领导模式已经不合时宜了。实践表明,领导以自身为榜样带动员工的效果更为显著。本文立足于真实型领导对下属主动行为影的实际,分析当前存在的真实型领导对下属主动行为影问题,并提出针对性的策略,以期为我国真实型领导对下属主动行为影响研究提供支持和借鉴。
In recent years, China has adopted more and more emergencies through its soft leadership. The traditional leadership model that obeys orders is outdated. Practice shows that leaders lead their own employees to more effective results. Based on the fact that the true leaders of the subordinate initiative act as the shadow, this article analyzes the shadow problem of the subordinate active act currently existing and proposes some strategies to provide support for the research on the influence of the real leadership on the subordinate initiative.
