从人体整体结构来看,大脑无疑是科研最主要、最复杂的部位,脑缺血性疾病是涉及一系列生物化学和分子机制变化的复杂性疾病,目前还缺乏有效的防治措施。随着后基因时代的到来,蛋白质组学作为一种高通量筛选方法可以对比健康和疾病状态时蛋白质整体的表达水平差异,在发现某些疾病的特异性蛋白质、提供早期诊断的分子标志物及寻找有效的药物靶标等方面具有重要意义。“,”From the overall structure of the body,brain is no doubt the most important and complex part for the research.Cerebral ischemic disease is a complex disease,involving a series of changes of biochemical and molecular mechanisms.Currently, no effective prevention and control measures is in place.With the coming of the post genomic era,proteomics as a high-throughput screening method can compare the overall level of protein expression differences between the health and disease state ,which is important for the discov-ery of specific proteins for certain diseases,providing molecular markers for early diagnosis and finding effec-tive drug targets and so on.
