目的研究邻苯二甲醛及其复方的消毒相关性能,选择合适的组方原料。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场模拟试验方法,对复配邻苯二甲醛杀菌效果及其稳定性进行观察。结果用含邻苯二甲醛4 800 mg/L水溶液作用1 min,对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.90%以上;以含5 969 mg/L邻苯二甲醛对白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭率为99.90%以上;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min,平均杀灭率为100%。含5 969 mg/L邻苯二甲醛对不锈钢、碳钢、铜、铝和马口铁等金属相容性好。于54℃储存14 d,邻苯二甲醛含量下降率为4.98%。结论本研究邻苯二甲醛对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢均具有良好的杀灭活性,对金属材料相容性好,性能稳定。
OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection-related properties of o-phthalaldehyde and its compounds and to select the appropriate ingredients of the group. Methods The bactericidal effect and stability of the o-phthalaldehyde complex were observed by quantitative carrier bactericidal test and field simulation test. Results The average kill rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was over 99.90% with 4 800 mg / L aqueous solution containing phthalaldehyde for 1 min. The effect of 5 969 mg / L phthaldehyde on Candida albicans 1 min, the average killing rate was over 99.90%. For the spores of B. subtilis black mutant spores for 120 min, the average killing rate was 100%. Containing 5 969 mg / L phthalaldehyde has good compatibility with metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum and tinplate. After storage at 54 ℃ for 14 days, the content of phthalaldehyde decreased by 4.98%. Conclusion In this study, phthalaldehyde has good killing activity against bacterial propagules, fungi and bacterial spores, has good compatibility with metal materials and has stable performance.
