有机溶剂萃取无焰原子吸收法测定微量金的报导较多。由于溶剂在石墨管内有扩散和渗透作用,引起信号的表观损失和分裂峰;为此有人改用离子交换和汞齐富集。本文选用了二巯基苯骈噻唑-醋酸丁酯为萃取剂,同时改进了注样操作方式,从而克服了上述缺点。本法灵敏度为2.2×10~(-11)g/1%。测定20ng金的变动系数为2.46%。回收率96.5~105%。本法灵敏、快速,能满足地质要求。
