湖北省武汉市石广元问:我觉得用砂锅煎中药太麻烦,请问是否可用微波炉煎中药汤剂?河北大学附属医院药剂科主管药师蒋肖男答复:微波炉虽然用途越来越广,但用它煎中药却不合适。其理由如下:首先,微波炉的加热原理,是通过微波使食物内部分子振动而产生热量,是快速由内至外加热。如用其煎中药,药材内部的分子振动产热过程,会使药材在分子水平被破坏,失去原有效能。
