研究了12种中药水提取物对化学(四氯化碳)和免疫(D-GalN/LPS)致动物肝损害的影响,并从青葙子中分离得到保肝活性成分。 实验方法:①取12种中药(钝叶决明子、青葙子、南瓜子、薏苡仁、枸杞子、莪术、三七、绞股蓝、丹参、Salvia deserta的根、连钱草和咖啡种皮)各100g。分别用水(1L)回流3h,后经过滤、离心、浓缩成提取物,观察它们对四氯化碳和D-GalN/LPS致鼠肝损害的作用。②以保肝药理活性为导向,运用Soxlet提取、超滤、离子交换层析和Toyopearl-HW-
The effects of 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts on hepatic damage induced by chemical (carbon tetrachloride) and immune (D-GalN / LPS) were studied, and the active components of liver protection were isolated from the barley.
