目的为了探明放射线治疗宫颈癌的作用机理。方法采用60Co照射体外培养的宫颈癌细胞株,用不同剂量,在照射后不同的时间观察细胞形态学改变及DNA断裂情况。结果发现受照细胞在小吸收剂量(400cGy)照射后出现异常增生,随着剂量增大时间延长,出现细胞凋亡,并逐渐增多。结论表明放射线是通过诱导细胞凋亡而发挥抑制宫颈癌细胞生长的。
Objective To explore the mechanism of radiation treatment of cervical cancer. Methods The cervical cancer cell lines cultured in vitro were irradiated with 60Co at different doses. Morphological changes and DNA breaks were observed at different times after irradiation. The results showed that irradiated cells showed abnormal proliferation after being irradiated with small dose (400cGy), apoptosis appeared and gradually increased with the increase of dosage. Conclusions show that radiation exerts its effect in inhibiting the growth of cervical cancer cells by inducing apoptosis.
