碳纤维对化脓伤口有良好的吸附解毒和引流作用,使伤口的细菌和毒素很快减少,从而促进伤口愈合。作者1985~1988年治疗小儿颌面郜化脓性炎症96例,年龄2~15岁,男性62例,女性34例。其中脓肿11例,化脓性淋巴结炎13例,蜂窝织炎72例。化脓灶位于颌下部65例,颊部10例,颏下8例,腮腺区8例,口底5例。都施行抗菌和解毒疗法,切开化脓灶,用橡皮条引流20例(对照组),用碳纤维引流76例(基本组)。两组病情相似,每天更换引流条,共4~5天。从伤口深处取材作细菌培养和药物敏感试验,并检查碳纤维的抗菌性能。结果,用碳纤维引流2天,颌面部软组织充血水肿和疼痛明显减轻,炎症浸润缩小到对照组的一半。体温、脉搏、血象和血沉恢复正常的时间,基本组早于对照组(p<0.05,
