据中国奶业协会信息网:上海市提出了今后五年畜牧业发展的战略目标和工作重点,争取用5年左右时间,率先基本实现上海畜牧业现代化。重中之重是要完成优势区域奶业发展项目建设。进一步优化奶牛生产、布局,逐步形成海湾养殖区、海岛养殖区、过渡养殖区。通过资源整合,建成一批500～1500头规模的生态奶牛场。到2007年,全市优势区域奶牛存栏7万头,年产鲜奶38万吨,成乳牛平均单产达到8000公斤,上市生奶合格率达到100％。
According to the information network of China Dairy Association: Shanghai proposed the strategic goals and work priorities for the development of animal husbandry in the next five years and strived to take the lead in basically realizing the modernization of Shanghai’s animal husbandry in about five years. The top priority is to complete the construction of dairy products in advantageous areas. Further optimize the dairy production, layout, and gradually form the Gulf aquaculture area, island aquaculture area, transitional aquaculture area. Through resource integration, a number of ecological dairy farms of 500 to 1500 head scale have been built. By 2007, 70,000 dairy cows will be kept in advantageous areas in the whole city, with an annual output of 380,000 tons of fresh milk, an average yield of dairy cows of 8,000 kg and a passing rate of 100% of listed raw milk.
