目的 :探索 Cook可控弹簧圈封堵动脉导管未闭 ( PDA)的疗效。方法 :采用经导管法对 13例 PDA行封堵治疗研究。结果 :PDA直径≤ 3.3mm,置入 1枚弹簧圈 ( 9例 8mm× 5圈 ,1例 5mm× 3圈 ) ,一次性封堵成功 10例 ;直径 3.5mm,一次性置入 2枚弹簧圈 ( 8mm× 5圈、5mm× 5圈 ) ,封堵成功 1例 ;直径≥ 3.5mm,置入 1枚弹簧圈 ( 8mm× 5圈 )后发生残漏 ,出现机械性溶血 ,补放 1枚弹簧圈 ( 5mm× 5圈 )后封堵成功 2例。结论 :Cook可控弹簧圈封堵 PDA,是一种安全、有效、方便的非开胸手术方法 Objective: To explore the curative effect of Cook controllable coil occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Methods: The transcatheter method of 13 cases of PDA occlusion treatment study. Results: The diameter of the PDA was ≤ 3.3 mm. One coil was inserted into the PDA (9 cases of 8 mm × 5 turns and 1 case of 5 mm × 3 turns), one case of successful occlusion was performed in 10 cases. The diameter of the PDA was 3.5 mm, (8mm × 5 circles and 5mm × 5 circles). One case of successful occlusion was found. A diameter of 3.5mm or more was inserted into a single coil (8mm × 5 circles) Circle (5mm × 5 laps) after the successful block in 2 cases. Conclusion: Cook controlled coil occlusion PDA, is a safe, effective and convenient method of non-thoracotomy
