由于每一个初中生的成长环境不一样,因而在心理特征和身体发展上存在差异,对于初中数学的接受能力和兴趣也不全相同,如果教师在教学的过程中,依旧采用“一刀切”的教学方法,就很难去应对新课改的教学要求,也不能去满足不同层次学生在学习上的要求。分层教学就是在尊重差异的基础上因材施教,本文就分层教学的必要性和相关教学实施方法进行了探讨。

This paper discusses the necessity of teaching in different levels and the related teaching methods.
