目的通过吸入糖皮质激素联合B2受体激动剂治疗呈肺炎表现的非典型哮喘患者的疗效观察,探讨肺炎型哮喘的规范化治疗。方法对2004～2010年我院变态反应科门诊治疗的21例肺炎型哮喘患者的临床表现,实验室检测及治疗行回顾性分析。结果 21例治疗当日咳嗽明显减轻,3d双肺啰音消失15例(占71%),6～7d双肺啰音消失6例(占29%);2～3周复查胸片均已正常;测峰流速者上升14～34%11例(占71%)(占52%);规范治疗3月,均未再有“支气管肺炎”发生。结论吸入糖皮质激素联合B2受体激动剂对于肺炎型哮喘治疗疗效确切。
Objective To observe the curative effect of inhaled glucocorticoid combined with B2 receptor agonist on patients with atypical asthma presenting with pneumonia and to discuss the standardized treatment of pneumonia type asthma. Methods The clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and treatment of 21 patients with pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed from 2004 to 2010 in our department. Results Cough was relieved in 21 cases on the day of treatment. There were 15 cases (71%) in double pulmonary rales disappeared in 3d and 6 cases (29%) in 6 ~ 7 days. The chest radiographs were normal in 2 ~ 3 weeks. Peak flow rate increased by 14 to 34% in 11 cases (71%) (52%); normative treatment for 3 months, no more “bronchial pneumonia” occurred. Conclusions Inhaled glucocorticoid combined with B2 receptor agonist is effective in the treatment of pneumonia-type asthma.
