针对配电系统架空线路零序电流不易获取、误差较大的特点 ,提出一种电压型小电流接地故障处理方法 :根据三相电压的变化实现故障检测 ,依靠电站小电流接地选线装置或人工拉路以及断路器、负荷开关的相互配合 ,实现故障分段、隔离并恢复健全线路供电。该方法属于分布智能模式 ,适用于无信道系统 ,可靠性高。该技术已应用于绍兴供电局配电自动化系统 ,并通过了现场试验进入实际运行 ,效果良好。
Aiming at the characteristics that the zero-sequence current of overhead line of power distribution system is not easy to be acquired and the error is large, a voltage-type low-current grounding fault processing method is proposed. According to the variation of three-phase voltage, fault detection is implemented. Pull the road and circuit breakers, load switches cooperate with each other to achieve fault segmentation, isolation and restore sound line power supply. The method belongs to the distributed intelligence mode, which is suitable for the non-channel system and has high reliability. The technology has been applied to power distribution automation Shaoxing Power System, and passed the field test into the actual operation, the effect is good.
