导游人员在旅游业中起着非常重要的作用,现阶段,导游人员离职率居高不下,引起业界的广泛关注。鉴于此,本文首先简述了我国导游人员的离职现状以及带来的影响,然后从三个方面分析了导游离职的影响因素,最后从旅社管理和导游个人两个方面对导游离职这一问题给出了应对建议,以期对解决导游离职这一问题有所帮助。 Tour guides play a very important role in the tourism industry.
