目的了解海宁市不同人群梅毒预防知识知晓水平,为制定梅毒防治策略提供科学依据。方法按照中国疾病预防控制中心性病控制中心提供的方案和问卷,对城市居民、农村居民、在校学生、流动人口、暗娼(FSM)、男男性行为人群(MSM)6类不同人群进行问卷调查。结果共调查1 082人,人群整体梅毒预防知识知晓率为62.48%,MSM知晓率最高,为75.00%,FSM为71.88%,城市居民为70.15%,农村居民为62.50%,在校学生为58.82%,流动人口为52.26%。男性预防梅毒知晓率(65.92%)高于女性(59.12%);人群预防梅毒知晓率跟文化程度成正相关;>30岁组预防梅毒知晓率(63.44%)高于30岁以下组(58.74%)。大部分人获取梅毒预防知识的途径是电视、宣传活动和网络。结论各类人群的梅毒预防知识知晓率均较低,不同人群梅毒预防知识知晓率之间差异较大,要针对不同对象采用不同的宣教方式,以提高人群梅毒知晓率,降低梅毒发病率。
Objective To understand the level of awareness of syphilis prevention among different populations in Haining and provide a scientific basis for formulating syphilis prevention and control strategies. Methods According to the programs and questionnaires provided by the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention Center for STD Control, questionnaires were conducted among 6 groups including urban residents, rural residents, schoolchildren, floating population, female sex workers (FSM) and men who have sex with men (MSM). Results A total of 1,082 people were surveyed. The awareness rate of overall syphilis prevention among the population was 62.48%. The highest MSM awareness rate was 75.00%, FSM was 71.88%, urban residents was 70.15%, rural residents was 62.50%, and school-based students was 58.82% , The floating population is 52.26%. The awareness rate of male prevention of syphilis was higher (65.92%) than that of female (59.12%). The awareness rate of syphilis prevention in population was positively correlated with the educational level. The awareness rate of prevention of syphilis in the 30-year-old group was higher than that of the group under 30 (58.74% . Most people access syphilis prevention knowledge through television, promotional activities and networks. Conclusions There is a low awareness rate of syphilis prevention among all kinds of people. There is a great difference between different groups in knowing the rate of syphilis prevention knowledge. Different methods of education should be adopted for different subjects so as to raise the awareness rate of syphilis and reduce the incidence of syphilis.
