从营区室外射击场的现状条件、安全威胁、致灾因子等方面出发,运用GIS量化分析平台,将数据引入安全设计,重点探析了营区室外射击场的位置选点、自然挡墙设计、保护构建设计、阻隔栅栏设计等多方面内容,对营区室外射击场进行实景模拟和安全可靠性评估,以此提高安全设计的科学性、适用性。最后以某军校东区实弹射击场为研究实例,具体分析基于GIS技术的营区室外射击场安全设计过程与方法,为工程减灾和营区安全设计提供可靠的方法依据。
Based on the current conditions, security threats and hazard factors of the outdoor shooting range in the camp, GIS quantitative analysis platform was used to introduce the data into the safety design. The key points of the outdoor shooting range, the design of the natural retaining wall, the construction of protection Design, barrier fence design and many other aspects of the campground outdoor shooting range simulation and safety and reliability assessment, in order to improve the safety of the scientific design and applicability. Finally, taking the actual shooting range in the eastern part of a military academy as an example, this paper analyzes the safety design process and method of outdoor shooting range based on GIS in detail, which provides a reliable method basis for the project disaster reduction and camp security design.
