食管癌、贲门癌是中国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，根治性手术治疗是首选治疗方法。2012年1月-2015年12月本院食管、贲门癌根治术后出现胸内食管胃吻合口瘘并发症者共8例，经DSA引导下置入纵膈引流管治疗效果显著，现报告如下。
