本文通过对浮空器近地拉索收放状态下载荷的仿真分析得出了牵引绞盘的负载特性及功能要求,设计了交流变频控制的浮空器牵引绞盘。电机采用恒转矩工作模式并配合机械排线同步,实现近地收放功能。此外,推导了驱动功率计算公式,采用链轮、链条、丝杆的排线传动方案。通过一体化设计,很大程度上精简结构、提高了浮空器在拉索收放状态下的安全性、可靠性。
In this paper, the load characteristics and functional requirements of the traction winch are obtained through the simulation analysis of the load of the near-surface cable of the aerostat in the retracted state. Aeroacoustic traction winch with AC frequency conversion control is designed. The motor adopts the constant torque working mode and synchronizes with the mechanical cable to realize the near-field retractable function. In addition, the calculation formula of driving power is deduced, which adopts the transmission scheme of sprocket, chain and screw. The integrated design greatly simplifies the structure and enhances the safety and reliability of the aerostat when the cable is retracted.
