气吹微型光缆(微缆)的结构极度微型,使其低温特性面临较大挑战。通过完善传统光缆的设计方法和思路,并借助光缆的综合线膨胀系数对气吹微缆的低温极限值进行了预估,以判断其能否在指定的低温环境下正常工作。同时,给出改善气吹微缆低温极限值的方法。
Air-blown micro-optical cable (micro-cable) structure is extremely miniature, so that its low-temperature properties are facing greater challenges. By improving the design method and idea of traditional optical fiber cable and predicting the low temperature limit of gas-blowing micro-cable by means of the comprehensive linear expansion coefficient of optical fiber cable, it can be judged whether it can work normally under the specified low temperature environment. At the same time, the method of improving the low temperature limit of gas blowing micro cable is given.
