Precambrian metamorphic iron ore reserves account for 60% of the world’s total iron ore reserves, accounting for 76.1% in the United States, 61.7% in the Soviet Union and 60% in Australia. In particular, Australia was still a poor country until 1960 and its first iron-rich country since 1964, because of the breakthrough made in the Precambrian metamorphic iron ore. This type of deposits also account for nearly 49% of the country. It is large and stable, most of which are good and easy to choose, so the economic significance is very big. Since 1900-1965, the causes of this deposit have varied widely and progress has been made in the second half of the 1950s, which we believe to be metamorphic.
