改革的十年是前进中的十年,我国社会经济生活发生了根本性的变化,经济有了很大发展,群众得到了实惠,这是有目共睹的。然而,勿庸讳言,伴随改革的进程,也发生了一些困扰,突出反映在经济的波动导致群众情绪的波动和社会价值观的混乱,反映出我们改革的指导思想和一些改革措施尚不配套。近来,经济界对此已有不少议论,但笔者深感有些议论尚不尽人意,其借鉴的思想背景无非是两方面,一是西方经济模式和理论,二是苏联东欧经济模式和理论。本文试图从马克思主义基本原理出发,发表一些看法。 Ten years of reform are the ten years ahead. As a result, fundamental changes have taken place in our social and economic life. The economy has greatly developed and the people have gained substantial benefits. This is obvious to all. However, it goes without saying that there have also been some disturbances accompanying the process of reform, which have been highlighted by fluctuations in the economy that have led to the turmoil in the mood of the masses and the chaos in social values. This shows that our guiding ideology for reform and some reform measures are not yet matched. Recently, there have been many discussions on the part of the economic circles. However, the author is deeply disappointed that some of his arguments are unsatisfactory. The ideological background of his reference is nothing more than two aspects. One is the Western economic model and theory and the second is the Soviet Union’s Eastern European economic model and theory. This article attempts to set out from the basic tenets of Marxism and make some observations.
