2月13日,住房和城乡建设部办公厅印发通知,废止2006年颁发的《建筑施工机械租赁行业管理办法》,终结了建筑施工机械租赁行业实行十几年的行业确认制度.自2017年2月国务院办公厅出台《关于促进建筑业持续健康发展的意见》(国办发[2017]19号)以来,过去一年,住建部、发改委等部委进一步开展统筹推进,把建筑业改革提上重要日程,解决建筑业存在问题的步伐明显加快,工程保证金、低价中标、资质挂靠、总承包模式等问题得以有效推进解决.
