将旋毛虫TsP53重组蛋白以20μg/只的剂量免疫小鼠3次后攻击感染旋毛虫肌幼虫200条/只。检查小鼠肠道旋毛虫7日龄成虫数、雌虫体外产新生幼虫数和感染35d后的肌幼虫数,并计算减虫率,同时用间接ELISA检测血清中抗TsP53重组蛋白的抗体应答。结果显示,TsP53重组蛋白免疫小鼠旋毛虫7日龄成虫、雌虫产新生幼虫的减虫率分别为14.34%和16.93%,与感染对照组和佐剂对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);感染35d后肌幼虫减虫率为38.68%,与感染对照组和佐剂对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。TsP53重组蛋白免疫小鼠在首次免疫后第7天出现抗体应答,可检测到抗TsP53重组蛋白的抗体,第3次免疫后第7天达到峰值,攻击感染后略有下降,但直到试验结束时仍然维持在较高水平,TsP53重组蛋白可诱导小鼠产生部分抗旋毛虫的免疫保护性。
The Trichinella spiralis larvae were challenged with 200 Trichinella spiralis larvae three times after the mice were immunized with the TsP53 recombinant protein at a dose of 20 μg / mouse.
