采用乌拉坦麻醉大鼠，记录排尿过程中排尿压力阈值、最大压力、排出尿量、残余尿量等大鼠排尿动力学参数，观察治疗药物对排尿过程的影响。结果大鼠ｉｖ肉苁蓉１．０，３．０ｇ／ｋｇ，明显增加排出尿量，减少残余尿量，效应与剂量呈正相关；对总尿量及排尿时膀胱压力阈值无明显影响；３．０ｇ／ｋｇ剂量的肉苁蓉显著降低膀胱排尿时的最大压力。说明肉苁蓉有益于膀胱尿液的排空，改善排尿功能。 Rats were anesthetized with urethane, and the dynamic parameters of micturition, such as urinary pressure threshold, maximum pressure, urine output, and residual urine volume during urination, were recorded.
