采用乌拉坦麻醉大鼠,记录排尿过程中排尿压力阈值、最大压力、排出尿量、残余尿量等大鼠排尿动力学参数,观察治疗药物对排尿过程的影响。结果大鼠iv肉苁蓉1.0,3.0g/kg,明显增加排出尿量,减少残余尿量,效应与剂量呈正相关;对总尿量及排尿时膀胱压力阈值无明显影响;3.0g/kg剂量的肉苁蓉显著降低膀胱排尿时的最大压力。说明肉苁蓉有益于膀胱尿液的排空,改善排尿功能。
Rats were anesthetized with urethane, and the dynamic parameters of micturition, such as urinary pressure threshold, maximum pressure, urine output, and residual urine volume during urination, were recorded. The effect of therapeutic drugs on urination was observed. RESULTS Rats with iv Cistanche at 1.0, 3.0g/kg significantly increased urine output, reduced residual urine volume, and the effect was positively correlated with dose; no significant effect on total urine volume and bladder pressure threshold during urination; 3.0g/ The kg dose of Cistanche significantly reduced the maximum pressure in the urination of the bladder. This shows that Cistanche is beneficial to the emptying of bladder urine and improve urinary function.
