采用聚合酶反应—单链构象多态技术对 18例皮肤鳞状细胞癌P53 基因 5— 9外显子突变进行了研究。结果表明 ,突变病例为 5/ 18例 ( 2 8% ) ,其中G11/ 7例 ,G2 2 / 7例 ,G32 / 4例P53基因突变倾向分布于G2 +G3级。P53基因突变可能影响低级肿瘤向恶性方向转化并在皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生中起重要作用
Polymerase reaction-single-strand conformation polymorphism was used to study mutations of exon 5-9 of P53 gene in 18 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. The results showed that 5/18 (28%) cases were mutated, of which G11/7 cases, G2 2/7 cases, and G32/4 cases of P53 gene mutations were distributed at G2 + G3 level. Mutations in P53 gene may affect the malignant transformation of low-grade tumors and play an important role in the development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
