根据试验和生产数据,描述了个旧地区锡石氧化矿的性质,阐述了冶金技术的进步,烟化、氯化工艺的试验成功并形成生产能力,促进了选矿技术的发展。选矿在产出精矿的基础上,增加产出锡品位>3.5%的富中矿及锡品位1.5—2.0%的贫中矿,满足烟化、氯化冶金要求,提高锡矿物回收水平。从选矿系统中产出中矿的方案有三:从复洗作业中产出;降低粗选产品品位,增加精选作业产出;扫选尾矿产出。从技术经济的角度比较三种方案。目前,不同选矿系列根据矿石性质的差异,可采用其中任一产出中矿方案,继续扩大试验及生产。但是,在同一选矿系列中,不宜同时采用两种产中矿的方案。
