随着铁路客车全面提速,对客车发电机等用电设备提出更高的要求。文中基于先进的ARM技术,采用广播线及无线通信网络设计一种客车发电机集中监测系统。系统通过广播线实时收集各车厢发电机运行状态数据,在发电机故障时向检修员报警并存储数据,使检修人员直接掌握整辆客车发电机运行状况,及时做出针对性检修,并在客车返回车库时将数据无线上报中心管理机,有效增加客车行驶的安全性和稳定性,并节省大量人力。经测试,监测状态良好,误码率低。
With the comprehensive acceleration of railway passenger cars, higher demands are placed on the electric equipment such as bus generators. Based on the advanced ARM technology, this paper designs a bus generator centralized monitoring system using broadcast lines and wireless communication networks. System through the broadcast line real-time collection of each car generator operating status data, the generator fault alarm to the maintenance staff and store data so that maintenance personnel directly grasp the entire bus generator operating conditions, make timely and targeted maintenance, and in the bus When returning to the garage, the data will be reported to the central management center wirelessly, which effectively increases the safety and stability of the bus and saves a lot of manpower. After testing, monitoring the state is good, the bit error rate is low.
