目的 :研究鸡形觉剥夺眼视网膜电图改变。方法 :测定 2 9只鸡雏于不同遮盖及去遮盖时期双眼视网膜电图的变化。结果 :形觉剥夺造成实验眼OPs波幅较对照眼明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ,去除遮盖 ,实验眼OPs波幅恢复到与对照眼无明显差异。实验眼与对照眼a、b波幅值差异无显著性 ;各波潜伏期差异无显著性。结论 :伴随形觉剥夺性近视的形成 ,剥夺眼视网膜内层功能下降。
OBJECTIVE: To study the change of electroretinogram in chicken form deprivation eye. Methods: The changes of binocular ERG in 29 chickens during different periods of covering and uncovering were measured. Results: The amplitude of OPs in the experimental eye was significantly lower than that in the control eye (P <0.05) after form deprivation, and the amplitude of OPs in the experimental eye returned to the control eye with no significant difference. There was no significant difference in the amplitude of a and b between the experimental eye and the control eye. There was no significant difference in the latency of each wave. Conclusion: With the formation of deprivation myopia, deprivation of retinal inner layer decreased.
