目的通过分析南京市放射工作人员2014年职业健康监护资料,为进一步做好放射防护工作提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集2014年南京市放射工作人员职业健康检查资料和个人剂量监测资料并进行统计分析。结果不同工龄放射工作人员眼晶状体浑浊率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),眼晶状体浑浊率随工龄的增长而增高,不同工龄放射工作人员血常规异常率和甲状腺肿大率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同工种放射工作人员血常规异常率﹑眼晶状体浑浊率和甲状腺肿大率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量低剂量率长期照射对眼晶状体有一定程度的影响,特别是对高放射工龄组人员影响较大。
Objective To provide references for further radiological protection by analyzing the occupational health guardianship data of radiation workers in Nanjing in 2014. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to collect occupational health checkup data and personal dose monitoring data of radiation workers in Nanjing in 2014 and carry out statistical analysis. Results There were significant differences in ophthalmic turbidimetric rates between different working age radiographers (P <0.01). The ophthalmic lens opacity increased with the increase of working length. There were no significant differences in the blood routine abnormalities and goiter rates between different working age radiographers Significance (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood routine abnormalities, ophthalmic opacity and goiter between different working groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to low-dose and low-dose radiation has a certain degree of influence on the lens of the eye, especially for the workers in the high-radiation group.
