基于H9000CAS系统平台开发的金沙江下游成都调控中心电力调度自动化系统历经近四年的研制与实施,开创了三峡公司金沙江下游区域巨型机组电站群远程“调控一体化”与电站接机发电同步实施并且无一例误操作发生的历史。本文对该系统的实施过程、设计思路、原则以及主要特点进行了介绍,并对未来梯级集控技术的发展方向进行了探讨。
After nearly four years of development and implementation of the power dispatch automation system developed by H9000CAS system platform, the dispatching automation system of Chengdu Regulating Center in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River has created a long-distance “regulation and control integration” Synchronized implementation and no history of misuse occurred. This paper introduces the implementation process, design ideas, principles and main features of the system, and explores the future development of step control technology.
