钢渣选前磁性质研究可提高钢渣分选精度,实现钢渣铁高效回收。选取<1.5mm济钢转炉初炼渣,结合原料物性研究比磁化率随粒度、外界磁化强度变化关系,结果表明:比磁化率与粒度呈二次函数正相关;0.074~0.5mm粒级钢渣为有效分选粒级,随外界磁化强度的增加,该粒级钢渣比磁化率均迅速增大后逐渐下降;以自行研制的多级辊式磁选机为试验样机,经优化辊表场强后对有效分选粒级进行磁选试验,确定0.15~0.3mm钢渣为最佳分选粒级,品位、回收率可达52.1%和68.7%。该研究结果有益于其他类似磁性矿物的高效分选。
Steel before the election of magnetic properties can improve the sorting accuracy of steel slag, steel slag iron to achieve efficient recovery. The relationship between magnetic susceptibility and particle size and external magnetization was studied. The results showed that the specific magnetic susceptibility was positively correlated with the particle size. Based on the self-developed multi-stage roller magnetic separator, The magnetic separation test of the effective classification of grain size, determined 0.15 ~ 0.3mm steel slag as the best sorting grain grade, grade, recovery rate up to 52.1% and 68.7%. The results of this study are beneficial for the efficient separation of other similar magnetic minerals.
