建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时测定混剂中霜脲氰和甲霜灵。采用高效液相色谱,以甲醇和水为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器,在220 nm波长下,对25%甲霜·霜脲氰水分散粒剂中有效成分进行测定。结果表明,霜脲氰和甲霜灵的线性相关系数分别为0.999 7、0.999 8,标准偏差分别为0.048、0.065,变异系数分别为0.38%、0.52%,平均回收率分别为100.60%、99.85%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for simultaneous determination of cymoxanil and metalaxyl in the mixture. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with mobile phase of methanol and water as the mobile phase. The diode array detector was used to determine the active components in 25% mescalin and cream urea water dispersible granules at 220 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dexamethasone and metalaxyl were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8 respectively, the standard deviations were 0.048,0.065 and the coefficient of variation were 0.38% and 0.52% respectively. The average recoveries were 100.60% and 99.85% .
