近年来,校园欺凌成为关系青少年权益保障的严峻问题,深受媒体广泛关注。媒体在校园欺凌报道中发挥了积极作用,但也存在诸多不足,即追求时效性和趣味性、报道表层性和片面性、追踪间断性和断取性,以及个别媒体忽视人格性和权利性。从应然层面讲,媒体作为舆论宣传的重要引导力量,应有社会担当和法治观念,必须旗帜鲜明地反对校园欺凌行为,为校园欺凌行为治理出谋划策。所以,媒体参与校园欺凌治理的路径应体现在,发挥媒体在校园欺凌中的舆论监督作用;媒体可以借助自身优势,提供公众讨论平台,深入挖掘校园欺凌的成因和治理路径。
In recent years, school bullying has become a serious issue concerning the protection of the rights and interests of young people and has received widespread media attention. The media has played an active role in bullying bullying in school, but there are also many shortcomings, namely the pursuit of timeliness and interest, the subjectivity and one-sidedness of coverage, the follow-up of discontinuity and accessibility, and the neglect of personalities and rights by individual media. From the point of view, the media, as an important guiding force in propaganda of public opinion, should have the concept of social responsibility and the rule of law. It must oppose bullying on campus in a clear-cut manner and make suggestions for the governance of bullying in schools. Therefore, the media should participate in the campus bullying governance path should be reflected in the media bullying in the campus media oversight role; the media can make use of its own advantages, provide a platform for public discussion, digging out the causes of campus bullying and governance path.
