1996年3月23日一架波音737—300型客机从新建的石家庄机场腾空而起,飞向香港。这不仅标志着石家庄航空口岸正式对外开放,而且结束了河北省没有航空口岸的历史,为全省口岸的事业揭开了崭新的一页。河北省作为国家确定的环渤海经济带和京津经济圈的重要省份,长期以来只有秦皇岛一个海运口岸,远远不能适应全省扩大对外开放的需要。“八五”以来,河北省的口岸建设进入了快速发展的时期。石家庄陆运口岸的开通,黄骅港海运口岸的开放,京唐港海运口岸的建成并实现国际通航,特别是石家庄航空口岸经国务院批准正式对外开放,使全省通关条件滞后的面貌大为改观。到目前,全省已拥有国家一类口岸3个、省二级类口岸两个,一个陆、海、空齐备的全方位口岸开放格局已基本形成。口岸事业的迅速发展,有力地
On March 23, 1996, a Boeing 737-300 passenger aircraft flew from the newly built Shijiazhuang Airport to Hong Kong. This not only marks the official opening of the Shijiazhuang Port, but also ends the history of Hebei Province having no air port and opens a whole new page for the province’s port. Hebei Province, as a nationally determined economic zone around the Bohai Sea and an important province of Beijing-Tianjin Economic Circle, has long been a port of Qinhuangdao shipping and can not meet the needs of the entire province to expand its opening up. Since the “85”, port construction in Hebei Province has entered a period of rapid development. The opening of Shijiazhuang land port, the opening of Huanghua Port shipping port, the completion of Jingtang Port shipping port and the realization of international navigation, especially the approval of the State Council of Shijiazhuang Air Port formally opened to the outside world, making the whole province lag behind the customs conditions. Up till now, the province has already had three national first-class ports and two provincial second-level ports, and an all-round port open pattern with a complete land, sea and air space has basically taken shape.
