20世纪80年代中期,在教育体制改革的带动下,我国中小学校长管理制度也历经了改革变迁。30年间,各项校长管理制度在改革中趋于完善,从制度层面保证了中小学校长队伍管理的规范化和专业化。但我国校长管理制度改革仍然没有达到预定目标,未来的改革历程任重道远。基于此,系统回顾中小学校长管理制度改革实践,分析其成就与问题,并为未来的改革之路指明方向。
In the mid-1980s, under the guidance of education system reform, the management system of primary and secondary school principals in our country also underwent reforms and changes. During the 30 years, the principal’s management system has been perfected in the reform, and the standardization and specialization of the principal’s team management in primary and secondary schools has been guaranteed from the system level. However, the reform of the principal’s management system in our country still does not reach the scheduled goal and the reform process in the future will have a long way to go. Based on this, the system reviews the practice of reforming the management system of primary and secondary school principals, analyzes its achievements and problems, and points the way for the future reform.
