需要是人脑对生理和社会需求的反应。美国著名心理学家马斯洛认为,需要是动机产生的基础。个体行为积极性源于人需要的满足。需要的满足与否直接影响人的行为积极性。因此,医院管理工作者必须研究员工的需要,重视员工的需要,激发员工的内在力量,增强医院的凝聚力,提高管理工作的成效。1 生理需要 这是人类最基本的需要。满足这类需要,能解除职工的后顾之忧,增强职工对医院的感情,调动员工的积极性,潜意识地产生医院的凝聚力。
The need is the reaction of the human brain to physiological and social needs. Maslow, a well-known psychologist in the United States, believes that needs are the foundation of motivation. Individual activity enthusiasm stems from the satisfaction of human needs. The satisfaction of the needs directly affects people’s behavioral enthusiasm. Therefore, hospital administrators must study the needs of employees, attach importance to the needs of employees, stimulate the internal strength of employees, enhance the cohesion of hospitals, and improve the effectiveness of management work. 1 Physiological Needs This is the most basic human need. Satisfying this type of need can relieve employees of their worries, increase employees’ feelings for the hospital, mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees, and unconsciously generate the cohesion of the hospital.
