近年来在气相色谱异常迅速发展中出现的一个重要课题是寻求耐高温的极性固定液。这一课题随着气相色谱分析向更高沸点物质的发展,以及高灵敏度鉴定器、升温气相色谱和制备气相色谱的广泛使用而日益显示其重要性。目前,可以满意应用的高温极性固定液极少。二元醇和二元酸的聚酯是其中最常用的一种。最近腈乙基醚类化合物做为耐高温极性固定液也逐渐引起了人们的重视。但这些固定液的最高使用温度一般不超过200℃。我们以含氟弹性体(全氟丙烯与偏氟乙烯共聚物)作为气相色谱固定液,对其热稳定性和选择性进行了考察。
In recent years, the rapid development of abnormal gas chromatography appears an important issue is to find a high temperature resistant polar fixative. This topic has become increasingly important as gas chromatography analyzes the development of higher boiling materials, as well as the widespread use of high-sensitivity detectors, temperature-controlled gas chromatography and preparative gas chromatography. At present, very few high temperature polar fixatives are satisfactory. Polyesters of diols and dibasic acids are one of the most commonly used. Nitrile ethyl ether compounds recently as a high temperature resistant polar fixative has gradually attracted people’s attention. However, the maximum temperature of these fixatives generally does not exceed 200 ° C. We use fluoroelastomers (perfluoropropenes and vinylidene fluoride copolymers) as gas chromatographic fixatives, and investigate their thermal stability and selectivity.
