《马放南山》(见本刊今年第3期——编者)作为盆景的立意,可以说是格调高雅,意蕴深刻。但要使作品达到情景交融,令人心驰神往的艺术境界,创作的难度应该说很大。创作时,应对主题的内涵深刻挖掘,精心构思,反复推敲,方能恰到好处地得以在此基础上表现。笔者认为,在该作品中,马、树和山是构图的三个要素,缺一不可。而且三者应该有机结合:山上有树,树木成林,林中有马,形成一片优美的自然风光。马是景中的主体,位置应显耀,并应极具自然神
