通过对摩托车起动电机转轴外圆磨削工艺参数的优化,得出了单件工序时间最短、成本最低、利润最高为目标的最佳工艺参数,绘出了磨削质量和各工艺参数间的关系曲线,从中更直观地分析影响磨削质量的主要因素,并在实际生产中得以验证,这将对今后的生产具有一定的指导意义。
