鞣质特别是药用植物中鞣质,日本的奥田拓男教授及其他研究者30年前开始着手进行研究,至今已分得数百种鞣质。特别是2000年以来,随着提取分离手段和波谱技术的不断提高,国内外鞣质类化合物化学成分研究进展迅速,新发现的鞣质类化合物数量之多、类型之广都超过了以往的总和,并且发现了一大批具有生理活性的鞣质类化合物,为其研究开发开拓了全新的视野。文中对2000年以来国内外对鞣质类化合物特别是具有生理活性的鞣质类化合物的化学成分研究进行分类汇总,为其进一步研究提供参考。

In this paper, the chemical constituents of tannins, especially physiologically active tannins, have been classified and summarized in China since 2000, which will provide reference for further research.
