在有气体保护的传送带式的炉中,钎焊10~#和20~#钢的薄壁套管接头。当装配间隙为0.2~1.0毫米时,采用了含40~45%的黄铜、40~42%的铁粉及15~18%铜粉的混合焊料。先把粉状混合物制成膏状后放入装配间隙内。再放上黄铜金属丝环。加热到950~970℃时,黄铜熔化后充满了间隙。然后升温并保持在1020~1050℃,使铜粉完全溶解到液态黄铜钎料中,结果得到了以黄铜为基体及其上分布的铁粉微粒
In gas-shielded belt furnaces, thin-walled ferrules are brazed for 10 to 20 and 20 to 40 steel.
