为探讨通便方(由具益气健脾、养阴、润肠通便作用的白术、玄参等药物组成)的通便机理,观察了该方对阿托品、肾上腺素、盐酸吗啡引起小鼠小肠推进运动抑制的影响及小鼠肠道水分和离体肠管运动的影响。研究结果表明,通便方能拮抗肾上腺素、阿托品、盐酸吗啡引起小鼠小肠推进的抑制;能显著增加小鼠肠腔水分;对家兔离体十二指肠自发运动有兴奋作用,能拮抗肾上腺素引起的离体十二指肠运动抑制和乙酰胆碱引起离体回肠的强直性收缩。
In order to explore the mechanism of laxative defecation (composed of drugs such as Atractylodes sinensis and Scrophularia with the effects of replenishing qi, spleen, nourishing yin, and laxatives), the mice were observed on atropine, epinephrine, and morphine hydrochloride-induced mice. Effect of Inhibition of Small Intestine Advancing Exercise and Intestinal Moisture and Isolated Intestinal Movement in Mice The results of the study showed that Tongfang can antagonize the inhibition of small bowel advancing in mice induced by epinephrine, atropine, and morphine hydrochloride; it can significantly increase the water in mice’s intestine; and has excitatory effect on the spontaneous movement of isolated duodenum in rabbits and can antagonize it. Epinephrine-induced inhibition of ex vivo duodenal movement and acetylcholine caused an ankylosing contraction of the isolated ileum.
