由于多年种植香菇,菌筒感染率逐年提高,香菇菌筒受感染后,有的菌筒经过一段时间,菌丝可继续长满整筒,有的香菇菌丝被杂菌杀死,如绿霉菌、链孢霉,整筒都没有香菇菌丝,就变成废料。随着香菇种植面积扩大,这种废料逐年增加。本文旨在探讨用香菇废料代替蘑菇营养料——牛粪的可行性,寻找香菇废料再利用。 一、材料与方法 (一)供试品种 当地的蘑菇栽培种。 (二)栽培料配方 A组:稻草50kg,尿素5kg,过磷酸钙10kg,石膏12.5kg,石灰5kg,牛粪100kg。B组:稻草50kg,尿素5kg,过磷酸钙10kg,石膏12.5kg,石灰5k8,香菇废筒300个。 (三)试验方法 A组和B组随机3次重复,计算
