合成了三价铕的高分子配合物, 主链高分子采用丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物, 引入邻菲咯啉(phen)和二苯甲酰基甲烷(DBM)作为第二配体。研制了结构为ITO/PVK/Eu3+ -polym er/Al的器件, 起亮电压为8.5 V, 在16 V 下看到了明显的红色发光。研究了它的光致发光和电致发光性质,发现电致发光和光致发光的光谱有明显不同的特征,对其可能的机理作了探讨。
Syntheses of trivalent europium polymer complexes, the main chain using acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate copolymer, the introduction of phenanthroline (phen) and dibenzoylmethane (DBM) as the second ligand. A device with ITO / PVK / Eu3 + -polym er / Al structure was developed, with a bright voltage of 8.5 V and a clear red emission at 16 V. Its photoluminescence and electroluminescence properties were studied. It was found that the spectra of electroluminescence and photoluminescence were obviously different, and the possible mechanism was discussed.
