给大鼠喂饲酒精饮料中加硒,观察大鼠在饮酒期间体重、生存率及肝脏损伤情况,并检测脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛的含量变化。结果表明:长期大量饮酒可导致发育迟缓、肝脏发生严重的脂肪变性,并能增加大鼠的自然死亡率。从各组大鼠肝脏组织中脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛的含量变化看出脂质过氧化作用可能是酒精中毒所致肝脏损伤的原因之一。酒中加硒能明显降低大鼠肝脏组织中脂质过氧化物的含量(P<001),并能减少大鼠的自然死亡率
The rats were fed with alcoholic beverages, selenium was added to observe the body weight, survival rate and liver damage during drinking, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lipid peroxidation product was measured. The results showed that long-term heavy drinking led to stunted growth, severe hepatic steatosis, and increased natural mortality in rats. The change of malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the liver tissue of rats in each group shows that lipid peroxidation may be one of the causes of liver damage caused by alcoholism. Selenium in the wine can significantly reduce the content of lipid peroxidation in rat liver tissue (P <001), and can reduce the natural mortality in rats
