SERCOS-III是SERCOS总线技术发展的最新阶段。它摒弃了SERCOS传统的光纤传输方式,而是采用工业以太网的传输方式,SERCOSIII将SERCOS总线技术的优越性和工业以太网的经济性完美的结合在一起。netX通信控制器的成功开发使数控系统通过SERCOS-III总线技术控制伺服驱动单元成为可能。基于SERCOS-III总线实现控制器与伺服驱动单元的互连已成为开放式数控系统发展的新趋势。文章在介绍SERCOS-III和netX通信控制器基本结构和功能的基础上,详细探讨了伺服驱动单元SERCOS-III总线接口的硬件组成和软件实现。
SERCOS-III SERCOS bus technology is the latest phase of development. Instead of using the traditional fiber optic transmission of SERCOS, instead of using industrial Ethernet transmission, SERCOSIII combines the superiority of SERCOS bus technology with the economics of industrial Ethernet. The successful development of the netX communications controller makes it possible for the control system to control the servo drive unit via the SERCOS-III bus technology. The interconnection between controller and servo drive unit based on SERCOS-III bus has become a new trend of development of open CNC system. Based on the introduction of the basic structure and function of SERCOS-III and netX communication controller, the paper discusses the hardware composition and software implementation of SERCOS-III bus interface of servo drive unit in detail.
