目的 分析认知障碍脑瘫患儿行护理干预的临床价值?方法 纳入我院于2018年10月至2019年10月收治的脑瘫伴认知障碍患儿34例,根据入组时间分为研究组(n=18)和对照组(n=16)?对照组实施基础运动干预,研究组行系统护理干预,记录两组治疗后的护理有效率?治疗前后爬行功能评分?认知功能评分?语言功能评分?结果 研究组护理总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的62.50%(P0.05);治疗后,研究组上述“,”Objective To analyze the clinical value of nursing intervention in children with cerebral palsy with cognitive impairment. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019, 34 children with cerebral palsy and cognitive impairment were enrolled in our hospital. The patients were divided into study group (n=18) and control group (n=16). The control group received basic exercise intervention and the control group received systematic nursing intervention. The effective rate of nursing, the scores of crawling function, cognitive function, language function were recorded. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was 94.44% higher than that in the control group (P 0.05) , and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention model in children with cerebral palsy and cognitive dysfunction is beneficial to the improvement of cognitive function such as crawling function and clinical popularization.
